ABOUT

Thank Goodness is for women who want to feel good naturally.

More energy, better sleep, less stress, good food, clean air, connecting with nature – feeling good can mean different things to different people... But we all have one thing in common: we only get one life, so let’s squeeze as much out of it as we can.

That starts with nourishing your body, mind and home – even if you’re a busy mum or high-flying career woman (yes ladies, this has been lovingly created for you). And here’s the good news – we won’t force kale down your throat or dish up ridiculously complicated nutrition advice you need a biochemistry degree to understand.

Instead, we keep it real here with simple self-care practices and natural health support that you can realistically integrate into your everyday life. Because it’s not about being perfect – it’s about taking simple steps towards a more vibrant, low-tox lifestyle that feels good for you.

Hi, I'm Emma Lawrence.

I'm the founder of Thank Goodness, an award-winning journalist, and proud dōTERRA Wellness Advocate. Thank Goodness is where I get to write about the things I care about and support other women to feel good naturally – so it's a dream come true.

For me, it was a private struggle that really cracked open my passion for natural health and personal growth. My husband and I spent many years trying to conceive, which involved a whole lotta heartache, endless Googling, and a self-awarded PhD in infertility ;).

When our little miracle, George, finally arrived in 2015, we wanted to treasure every moment. As a "mature" first-time mum, I wanted more energy to keep pace with our boisterous boy. I also felt the pull to create a more healthy home environment for my family.

So back into the world of natural health I dove – devouring podcasts, studying Environmental Health through the University of Arizona, and tapping into the power of plants with dōTERRA essential oils.

Thank Goodness is my offering to you – a space to support your natural health and self-care journey so you feel empowered to create a more vibrant, low tox life. We’re all in this together, lovely – I hope you’ll join us.
